What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. Because we ship domestically from our US fulfillment center, there are no import duties or customs handling fees to pay.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. Payment details are encrypted and processed by our payment provider — we never store your card number on our servers.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are packed within 1 business day, then delivered in 2–5 business days for addresses in the contiguous United States. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Shopping with us is secure. The entire site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and card payments are processed by a PCI-compliant payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
What exactly happens after ordering?
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately. Within 1 business day your order is picked, packed and handed to the carrier, at which point a second email with your tracking number is sent. You can follow the parcel on our order tracking page.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes — an order confirmation with your itemised totals is emailed to you as soon as your purchase is placed. If you need a formal invoice for your records, contact us with your order number and we will send one.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn and in their original packaging. Contact us with your order number and we will email you a prepaid return label.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your card issuer it may take one further billing cycle to appear on your statement.
