These terms govern your use of lvlover.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read this page before you buy.

1. About Us

LvLover is an independent online retailer of designer-inspired watches, handbags and fragrance, shipping to customers within the United States from our US fulfillment center.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any of the designer brands whose styles inspire our catalogue. All brand names and trademarks referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and comparison purposes only.

2. Products and Descriptions

We describe every product as accurately as we can, and we photograph the actual items we sell. Small variations in colour, hardware or finish may occur between production runs. Such variations are not defects.

Products are sold as designer-inspired alternatives. They are not the original branded goods and are not presented as such.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at the time you complete checkout.

We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. Payment is captured at the time your order is placed. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will refund you in full.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once we confirm and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — and will refund any payment taken.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically packed within 1 business day and delivered within 2–5 business days for addresses in the contiguous United States. Shipping is free on US orders.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, transit times are outside our control, though we will help you chase any delay.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier marks the parcel as delivered. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your parcel, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate with the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with any tags attached. Contact us with your order number and we will issue a prepaid return label.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are refunded only where the item was faulty or incorrect.

We may decline a return where an item shows signs of wear, damage caused after delivery, or missing components.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this site unlawfully, attempt to interfere with its operation, scrape its content at scale, or misuse any account you hold with us.

9. Intellectual Property

The layout, text, photography and design of this website belong to LvLover and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the moment of your purchase is the version that applies to that purchase.
